Tuesday I went back to work-very bitter-sweet! It was only one day, and I will be easing back into my role over the next month, but it was hard to leave little Jackson! He did great-steph said he smiled, talked, and was up ALL day-only took a 10 minute nap. I think the other kids kept him very stimulated. Jackson is now sleeping through the night-PTL!! Last night he slept from 10-6 straight! I am so thankful for sleep now! Next week will be 3 days of work, so I'm praying it all goes smoothly again. I had fun seeing some of the Dr's I've missed, and some of them not-so-much-ha!!
This morning my Mom and I started our tradition of cooking, cutting, slicing, and baking for Thanksgiving-yum! I cherish this time I have with her, and it hit me today that I don't have a daughter to one day do this with-maybe my boys will want to cook with their mama? Maybe we should have one more child? Only God knows if that is His plan, but for now, I am going to be so thankful for my blessed family, friends, and special moments this Thanksgiving! Tonight we are going to Nonny and Tots (Kyle's grandparents), and tomorrow we are having Thanksgiving at my Mom's with both families, then dessert and drinks..and football at our house! I can't wait!
We are missing B terribly. He is in San Antonio until Sunday. I can't wait to see him! We talked to him last night on the phone and he was so excited to hear our voices. He said "Maaaaaammmmmaaa" very enthusiastically, and " Hi, Daddy" in his sweet, tired voice. We love you, B, and are so thankful for you!!
Last weekend Hollie took pics with all the Houser grandkids and Poppy on his motorcycle-here are some of them...so sweet!
Bryce, Alexie, Kole on their way to the photo shoot! Is it me or could you put long hair on B & he'd be a pretty girl? HA! My beautiful boy!!
Sweet Jackson in his "Harley" onesie!
Sweet B ready for action!
These 2 were adorable-Jackson was sitting on poor Will, and he was an angel! They are such blessings!
Here is an example of "Thing 1 and Thing 2" as Hollie and I call B and Ky-they do everything together-really like siblings more than cousins! So, B was going potty and Ky was right before I snapped this pic! Both of them are potty-trained now-yeah!
