Smiles

Today I feel great-Jackson slept from about 11:30 p.m. until 5 a.m.! Woo-Hoo! I figure if I can get 5 hours or more of sleep per night, I will be good-to-go on November 24th (my first day back at work). It still amazes me how sleep can make or break what kind of day you have, mood, etc...

Jackson is getting to the cutest stage-he's smiling ALL the time, talking (well, baby-talk), coo-ing alot and has little dimples when he smiles-Bryce has/had the same ones. I think the dimples and eye color are the only things J got from me-he is a Mini-me Kyle-so cute!

Last night I had a Stella & Dot Trunk show in Dallas. It was alot of fun and successful! The minute I left, Kyle said Jackson started crying :( He and I have bonded so much and I pray it will be ok when I go back to work.

Today is my Grandma Gloria's 85th Birthday! She is also known as GiGi in our home! Bryce loves GiGi and we called her this morning and he sang her Happy Birthday and talked to her in the Starbucks line! This woman is amazing-she goes, goes, goes...that's probably why we sometimes refer to her as Grandma Go-Go! We are so blessed that she has been able to be a part of Bryce's life, even though she lives in Chicago! She comes to visit at least 2-3 times a year, sometimes more. She has taught me to love unconditionally, to always put family first, and to do anything for anyone anytime! This describes GiGi, oh, and she has amazing style-she's always dressed up, hair done, make-up perfect, accessorized great! I think this is where I get my love for fashion! I love you, Grandma Glo!! Oh, I think my Mom gets many of her amazing qualities from GiGi!
